water-filled centres surrounded by green and soft mauve......or dried up, looking like freshly ironed linen cloth...
...or simply existing, sometimes wet, sometimes dry, allowing the farmer to work around and around their irregular contours and surround them in the green and gold of his grain, or the bright yellow of canola...
